I have also followed this link and confirmed both where installed on this machine. I assume since i am on trial and haven't purchased yet.
I have read that installing version 3.04 can resolve the issue but i do not see it for download on the website. Can you tell me when that should be? I have not been able to use the trial since I downloaded about a week ago and uninstalled V-Ray to avoid BugSplat issues opening SketchUp. I have read on your forums that this is a known issue and should be resolved in V-Ray 3.6.02. But I am having an issue loading V-Ray into SketchUp 2018.
I would like to try out the trial version before purchasing as I will need to decide on a Render option soon.
